The site links to Sheriff roster and records pages, Oregon Department of Corrections resources, court portals, government services, and outside search tools. Once you leave this site, the receiving website’s privacy practices apply. Oregon public-records response duties in ORS 192.324 and ORS 192.329 apply to the public bodies that receive such requests, not to this private reference site.
Advertising partners may use their own systems to observe activity across websites for interest-based advertising. Their collection and use are governed by their own policies.
